This year we are delighted to have the opportunity for our Year 6 children to visit Thurston Outdoor Education Centre in Coniston Wednesday 4th – Friday 6th June 2025. This is the first time we have been able to secure a booking with Thurston. This is a wonderful opportunity for our children to achieve fantastic things. The exciting activities offer challenge, develop teamwork and stimulate the imagination. This is a chance for our children to make lifelong memories with their peers.
There will be a meeting in school on Thursday 21st November at 3:30pm to share information about the SATs and our visit to Thurston. Jen from Thurston has kindly offered to attend this meeting in person and will begin the meeting at 3:30pm to talk about Thurston and answer any questions you may have. If you are unable to attend, the slides will be shared on the school website after the meeting has taken place.
