Welcome to Our Year 2 Class at St. James’
Hello and welcome to Year 2!
My name is Miss Corvin, and I am so excited to be your child’s class teacher this year. We are also very lucky to be supported by Mrs Gibbons, Mrs Bailey, Mrs Wren and Mrs Camm, who will all play an important part in making Year 2 a happy, positive and exciting place to learn.
My biggest hope for Year 2 is that every child feels happy, confident, safe and excited to come to school each day. I want them to feel proud of themselves, celebrate their successes and know that it is absolutely okay to make mistakes - that's how we learn!
There is just one rule in my classroom: always try your best. I can't wait to see them grow in confidence, discover new interests, make wonderful memories and have lots of fun along the way.
