Robinwood 2021

14th September 2021 By spidrwebadmin

Dear Parents and Carers,

Please find attached the final PowerPoint before the children’s trip to Robinwood on Monday. There are a couple of updates from the Centre and Bus Company.

The bus will now depart at around 9.30am. Children can still be dropped off at 8.30 and stay in the ICT room but if you prefer to drop them off closer to 9am, that will be absolutely fine. Unfortunately you will need to stay either on the yard or wait on Solway Road if you wish to wave them off. Robinwood have requested the children bring their own  water bottle to fill up during the day, rather than use the cups from the centre. This is in line with their strict Covid19 protocols. There will be no tuck shop either, so the children can bring a small amount of sweets in their luggage if they wish. These sweets MUST BE NUT FREE!

The children’s temperatures will be taken before departure and upon arrival as a precaution. However, if any child is feeling unwell or displaying any Covid symptoms, they will not be allowed to travel. If a child becomes unwell with Covid symptoms when they are at the centre, arrangements will be made to isolate them and bring them home.

If you have any queries regarding the trip, please do not hesitate to contact me at school.

Kind Regards

Mrs. Francesca Heslop
