Mental Health Matters at St James

21st February 2025 By lisagillis

3rd – 9th February was children’s mental health week. This week was designed to encourage more people to start talking, spread the word and support children’s mental health.
We had a fantastic assembly which was delivered by Emily our Healthy Minds consultant. Emily helped us to recognise different emotions and gave us support on how we can manage them.
We took part in activities in class this week based around children’s mental health. For more information about children’s mental health week 2025 follow the newsround link. https://www.bbc.co.uk/newsround
